Key Responsibilities*Deliver structured numeracy intervention sessions to identified students

*Monitor, track, and report on student progress

*Collaborate with teaching staff to align interventions with classroom learning

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*Strong numeracy skills and a good understanding of the secondary maths curriculum
*Experience working with young people (school-based or tutoring)
*The ability to build positive relationships and motivate students
*Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills
*A relevant qualification (e.g., Maths, Education, or equivalent) is desirable
