Job Opportunity: Client Services Manager (12-Month FTC)
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire (Full-time Office Based / Hybrid after training)
Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience)
Start Date: April 2026 (Immediate availability required)
The Role
This isn’t a sales role; it’s about relationship management, retention, and operational excellence. You will be the primary point of contact for our insurer clients in the US and UK, ensuring they are getting the most out of the client’s business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for external stakeholders, managing day-to-day requests and operational issues.
*Onboarding: Project manages the setup of new customers, ensuring they have the training and promotional materials needed to succeed.
*Client Retention: Organise and lead review meetings with senior client contacts, drawing up agendas and tracking actions.
*Reporting & Tech: Use Jira, Click Up, and CRM systems to track activity and produce regular/ad-hoc reports for clients.
*Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, legal, and dev teams to translate client needs into reality.
*Education: Conduct webinars to educate new clients on services.
The Person
We are looking for someone exceptionally organised. You must be comfortable dealing with senior external stakeholders and have the "grit" to manage multiple priorities at once.
*Experience: At least 5 years of total work experience, including a background in Customer Success, Account Management (non-sales), or Operations.
*SaaS Savvy: Comfortable working with software products and strong IT skills (especially Excel).
*Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to translate complex client needs into internal technical teams.
*Availability: You must be immediately available or on a very short notice period to start in April.
Working Pattern
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week.
In-Office: This role is based in Hinckley. Hybrid option (2 days per week from home) once training is complete, this role is not suitable for those looking for primarily remote work.
