Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a real impact in a supportive Birmingham primary school? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a confident and proactive HLTA to join one of our fantastic partner schools, helping to deliver high-quality learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
The RoleAs the HLTA, you will:
*Lead whole-class teaching during teacher PPA, absence, or intervention blocks
*Run small-group and 1:1 targeted interventions to boost progress in key learning areas
*Support behaviour, engagement and positive learning routines
*Work closely with class teachers, SENDCo and leadership to deliver excellent provision
*Contribute to planning and assessment where appropriate
*Bring energy, flexibility, and a passion for helping children thrive
RequirementsTo be successful, you will need:
*HLTA status (essential)
*Experience delivering lessons or interventions in a primary setting
*Strong behaviour management and communication skills
*A positive, team-focused attitude
*A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
