Job Description:
Your new company
You will be working alongside the established recruitment and HR team to support them on a temporary basis with their recruitment administration. This role is to start ASAP and requires 3 days a week onsite working in BD1 and 2 days hybrid.
Your new role
You will support the recruitment and HR team with administrative duties to enable an efficient recruitment and onboarding experience for their staff. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
*Interview booking
*Pulling reports
*Dealing with queries
*Chasing managers for interview notes
*Keep the system and tracker updated
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience of working in a HR Administration or Recruitment Administration role.
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
Confident speaking to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to prioritise tasks.
