We’re working with a fast-growing, innovative business based in Luton that is investing heavily in its data capabilities. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Data Analyst to play a key role in transforming how the business uses data to drive decisions.

The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, analysing, and presenting high volumes of data to support business performance and strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve reporting capabilities and help implement modern data solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
*Downloading and managing large volumes of data from internal systems
*Cleaning, manipulating, and analysing datasets to uncover insights
*Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards
*Creating clear, engaging data visualisations for stakeholders
*Supporting the implementation of new tools and technologies (e.g. Power BI, Python)
*Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and data accuracy

About You
*Proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
*Strong data manipulation and analysis skills
*Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI
*Advanced Excel skills
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
*Confident communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
