Experienced Vehicle Technician – High-End & Premium Vehicles – Milton Keynes


Our esteemed client, an independent automotive specialist in Milton Keynes, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. The Vehicle Technician role must be filled promptly to meet the ongoing demand for quality service and repair.

*Competitive basic salary up to £45,760 (£22 per hour)
*Overtime paid at double the standard rate, up to £44 per hour, paid in 15-minute increments
*Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with no weekends

Duties:
*Conduct high-quality diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs on a range of vehicles, with particular focus on premium and German brands
*Use advanced diagnostic tools to accurately identify vehicle faults
*Ensure all work is completed to the highest industry standards and client satisfaction
*Assist with vehicle inspections and assessments when required
*Maintain a clean and organised workspace adhering to health and safety guidelines
*Keep detailed service and repair records for each vehicle serviced
*Continuously update technical knowledge to stay current with industry developments
Requirements:
*Recognised qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
*Proven experience in diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs
*Previous exposure to high-end or German vehicle brands is highly desirable
*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
*Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively within a team
*Eagerness to learn, adapt, and keep pace with technological advancements in the automotive industry
*Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience
