Service Advisor – BristolSalary: £30,000 – £36,000 (DOE) + Bonus
Location: Bristol
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday + Saturdays (rota)
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy dealership in Bristol. You will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience.
Key Responsibilities*Welcoming customers and booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs
*Accurately recording vehicle details and customer requirements
*Liaising with the workshop and technicians to track vehicle progress
*Keeping customers updated throughout the day
*Upselling additional work, services, and products where appropriate
*Providing clear and accurate cost estimates
*Handling customer queries and resolving any issues efficiently
*Processing invoices, payments, and job cards
Requirements*Previous experience as a Service Advisor (motor trade essential)
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Confident upselling and working towards targets
*Highly organised with good attention to detail
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK driving licence
