Your new company
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. This role is to start immediately for 2-4 weeks (could be extended). This is a fully-office-based role and, due to the location, would best suit someone with their own transport (free on-site parking is available).
Your new role
In this role, you’ll provide essential sales order processing and back-office support to ensure the smooth running of their busy department.You’ll work closely with the Sales team, handling customer orders, preparing documentation, updating systems, and assisting with general administrative tasks. You’ll also support the wider Sales and Marketing functions, reporting directly to both the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.

Previous experience in a sales administration role would be highly beneficial, and you must have strong data entry skills, excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
