Tax Advisory Senior
Manchester City Centre + Hybrid working
£38,000 - £48,000 + Benefits
We are working with a leading Top 100 Accountancy firm who are looking to expand their national tax advisory business in Manchester.
This is a tax advisory role, focusing on supporting a range of business owners, HNWIs, OMBs and wealthy families across the UK & Internationally.
Your new role:
*Deliver tax advisory work across capital gains, property transactions, succession planning, business restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and MBOs.
*Manage a portfolio of private clients, business owners and families, providing clear, tailored tax planning advice.
*Prepare high quality tax reports and planning documents, explaining complex issues in a straightforward way.
*Lead and support on transactional matters, including due diligence and structuring recommendations.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues in corporate finance, accounting and other advisory teams to provide integrated client solutions.
*Review and oversee work produced by junior team members, offering guidance and technical support.
*Maintain awareness of changing tax legislation to ensure all advice remains accurate and compliant.
*Build strong client relationships and proactively identify new tax planning opportunities.
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
*CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA qualified (or working towards)
*Tax advisory experience working in either corporate or private client tax
*Experience working with business owners or OMBs
*Compliance backgrounds with some advisory exposure can also be considered
