Tradewind Recruitment is hiring ambitious graduates, ex-teachers, and sales professionals for our Sheffield office through the Impact Academy trainee programme.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Source and interview teaching candidates across Sheffield and surrounding areas
*Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals
*Write CVs and candidate profiles, promoting candidates to schools
*Support consultants with school recruitment needs
*Achieve recruitment targets and KPIs
*Progress to managing your own client desk with uncapped commission potential

*£28,000-£30,000 basic, OTE £35,000-£40,000 in year one
*Commission from day one
*35 days annual leave + school holiday perks
