Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide one-to-one support to children/young people with SEN
*Assist with daily routines, social activities, and community access
*Support emotional wellbeing and development
*Follow care plans and work collaboratively with families
*Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment
About You:
*Caring, patient, and understanding nature
*Experience with SEN (preferred but not essential)
*Reliable and flexible to meet varying schedules
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to build trusting relationships
