Secondary English & Maths Teacher - SEMH School (Wandsworth)

Daily Rate: £200-£240 per day
We are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Secondary English and Maths Teacher to join a supportive SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Wandsworth for an immediate start.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to supporting young people with additional needs and helping them re-engage with education.
The Role:
*Deliver engaging English and Maths lessons to secondary-aged students.

*Adapt teaching approaches to meet the individual learning and emotional needs of pupils with SEMH needs.

*Foster a positive and structured classroom environment that supports behaviour management and emotional development.

*Work collaboratively with support staff, pastoral teams, and leadership to support student progress.

*Track student development and provide feedback to support academic and personal growth.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

*Strong knowledge of the secondary English and Maths curriculum.

*Experience working with students with SEMH needs is highly desirable.

*Excellent classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.

*A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach to teaching.
