Join a well-established manufacturer in the industrial/engineering sector that is entering a major growth phase. We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to build and lead the marketing function. This is a practical, delivery-focused position where you will create and manage all marketing output in-house, develop content, build campaigns, produce sales materials, manage the website roadmap, and own social media activity. From day one, you will be the marketing function, with the scope to build a team as the business scales.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Lead the next phase of the website build and create all supporting content.
*Produce technical product documentation, datasheets, and catalogues.
*Create sales collateral, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
*Manage LinkedIn content, newsletters, and overall social presence.
*Deliver targeted campaigns, email marketing, and sector-specific content.
*Oversee brand consistency and maintain all marketing assets.
*Manage PR, SEO initiatives, trade media engagement, and marketing KPIs.
*Plan future trade show presence and manage the marketing budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Hands-on B2B marketer with experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors.
*Strong copywriting skills and confident using design tools (Canva/Adobe).
*Highly organised with solid project management ability.
*Comfortable working autonomously and owning multiple workstreams.
*Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
*SEO knowledge and the ability to optimise website performance.
*A proactive self-starter who enjoys pace, ownership, and building from the ground up.
*Confident using AI tools to speed up and enhance output.
