Mortgage Advisor - Join Our Growing Team
Location: Manchester (Hybrid options available)
Salary: £28,000-£40,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000-£100,000)

My client has been providing financial advice since 1967and are committed to delivering clear, honest, and expert advice. With a strong pipeline of warm leads and a supportive environment designed to help you thrive, we’re expanding our team and looking for an ambitious Mortgage Advisor to join us.
The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:
*Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
*Manage a steady flow of qualified leads
*Build long-term relationships through exceptional service
*Work closely with our admin and compliance teams to ensure smooth case progression
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lenders, criteria, and market trends
What We’re Looking For
*CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
*Ideally 12+ months advising experience (CAS status preferred)
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*A proactive, positive, and client-focused approach
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
