*Quality & Compliance: Ensuring we meet all regulatory standards and handling any feedback or concerns with professionalism.
*Community Engagement: Assessing new and existing clients to ensure their care plans are perfect.
*Leadership: Mentoring new team members, assisting with inductions, and overseeing training.
*Hybrid Support: Providing a friendly face to clients during care delivery and participating in a paid "on-call" rotation.
