About the Role:
As the schools new SEND Maths Teacher, youll play a key role in helping students build confidence, independence, and a love for numeracy. Youll be working with small groups and individual learners, adapting the curriculum to meet a range of needs including autism, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties. Your classroom will be a place where progress is celebrated, curiosity is encouraged, and every student feels seen and supported.

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Delivering engaging, differentiated Maths lessons to KS3KS4 learners
*Creating a nurturing, structured environment where students feel safe to learn
*Working closely with a skilled team of support staff and therapists
*Using creative strategies to break down barriers to learning
*Tracking progress and celebrating every achievement, big or small

Salary:
This role is offered at Main Pay Scale (MPS).
