As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from initial enquiry through to order completion.
You will play a vital role in supporting sales, managing customer interactions, and contributing to a high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities*Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email
*Understand customer needs and deliver outstanding service and sales support
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
*Work towards individual and team sales targets
*Support lead follow-ups and proactive sales activity
*Collaborate with colleagues and management to maintain high service standards
*Accurately manage customer data using internal systems
*Handle confidential and financial information with professionalism
*Contribute positively to a fast-paced, energetic team environment

Essential Skills & Experience:
*Positive, proactive attitude with a strong motivation to succeed in sales
*Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions
*Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
*Calm and professional under pressure
*Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel
*Experience using databases and CRM/CMS systems
*Salary up to £28,000
*Full-time, permanent opportunity
