Role: 1st Line IT Engineer
Location: London (client-facing with site visits)
Salary: Up to £30,000 + bonus

Our client, a leading provider of managed IT and connectivity services, is looking for a 1st Line IT Engineer to join their growing support team.


This role offers the opportunity to work across a varied client base, gaining exposure to multiple technologies while building your technical skillset in a fast-paced, supportive environment.


What you’ll do
*Provide 1st line support across desktop, server, and network environments
*Take ownership of incoming service desk tickets and see issues through to resolution
*Troubleshoot across Windows, Mac, and remote desktop environments
*Support Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Exchange, and Active Directory
*Carry out system checks, monitoring, and documentation updates


You’ll work closely with internal technical teams and external clients to deliver a high-quality support service, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.


What we’re looking for
*Experience in a service desk or MSP environment
*Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
*Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and remote desktop services
*Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP)
*Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
