Our client, a dynamic and family-run organization, is searching for a Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant team at their Worcester headquarters. If you are hungry, with a passion for helping others, this is the opportunity for you!
Location: Worcester
Employment Type: Full Time - Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Temp To Perm
You must be available to start with in the next week or so!
Your Role:
As a Customer Service / Order Cross checking Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is nothing short of outstanding. Your main responsibilities will include:


*Answering phone calls promptly and transferring them to the relevant teams
*Logging all interactions in our CRM system
*Coordinating export orders and providing documentation
*Keeping customers informed with daily tracking links
*Managing deliveries, collections, and returns
*Assisting with sample requests and order amendments
*Tracking orders and cross checking information across teams to ensure efficiency
*Liasing with purchasing and production teams
