You will be earning up to £26.50 per hour on a full-time basis for three months. What you will do:
*Assess, care plan, and deliver treatment to a caseload of service users and their families who are experiencing a range of mental health conditions.
*Conduct risk assessments and manage risks effectively to ensure the safety of the service user, their relatives, friends, and the wider public.
*Participate in Care Coordination and work as part of the Initial Assessment and Duty Worker rota.
*Support timely discharges from inpatient services and facilitate transfers of care, ensuring seamless continuity for service users.
*Travel within the community as needed, so being a car driver is essential for this role.
