Customer Service AssistantSherborne, Dorset | £13.45 per hour | Monday - Friday | 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00 | Temp-to-Permanent

Key Duties*Handle incoming customer calls and process orders efficiently.
*Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and services.
*Respond to enquiries about deliveries, products, and general queries.

Requirements*Confident using computers and telecommunication systems.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

*Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise workload effectively.
*Enthusiastic, approachable, and thrives under pressure.
