Salary: £33,000 DOE

Astute Recruitment are seeking an experienced Interim Transactional Finance Manager to join a friendly, supportive team within a rapidly growing company in NG10. This is a key finance leadership role, with direct reports and reporting directly to senior management. Key Responsibilities:


*Supervise and lead the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams
*Ensure timely processing of all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions and manage tight deadlines
*Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers and reconcile with the General Ledger (GL)
*Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
*Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and management reporting


Requirements / About You:


*Proven experience managing a finance team
*Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the business
*Ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure
*Proactive, organised, and capable of driving process improvements
