BRIDGING AND DEVELOPMENT FINANCE BROKER

£40k plus commission
We are working with a growing brokerage looking for an ambitious Bridging & Development Finance Broker to join the team.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role. As a Bridging and development Specialist, you will be responsible for arranging bridging and development finance solutions for property investors and developers.
Responsibilities include:
*Assessing client needs
*Sourcing suitable lending solutions
*Liaising with lenders and stakeholders
*Ensuring a seamless and professional service


Qualifications
*Strong expertise in Mortgage Marketing and Mortgage Lending
*Proficient knowledge of Mortgages and Finance concepts
*Excellent Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering top-quality experiences
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and partner engagement
*Previous experience in property finance or a related field is highly advantageous
*Understanding of regulatory compliance within the mortgage and property finance industry
*Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or mortgages CeMAP or equivalent.
