What You’ll Be DoingAs a vital part of our site team, you’ll help ensure the community feels cared for and well-maintained. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
*Carrying out regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and high standards across the site.
*Performing general maintenance and minor repair tasks.
*Managing waste disposal and supporting recycling processes.
*Keeping all communal areas tidy, presentable, and hazard-free.
*Cleaning, removing, and scrubbing graffiti from internal and external areas as required.
*Assisting residents with enquiries and providing excellent, friendly customer service.
*Reporting any issues or hazards promptly to management.

About YouWe’re seeking someone who is:
