We are actively seeking a Coordinator in Norwich, this role is full time on a temporary basis until end of May 2026 - offering an immediate start
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage onboarding, renewals, upgrades, and resignations
*Act as the primary contact for Level 1–2 members across email, phone, and in person
*Process applications, account updates, and communications (welcome emails, newsletters, reminders)
*Work cross-functionally to deliver a consistent member experience
*Maintain accurate member data within CRM systems
*Support billing, reporting, referral programmes, and operational tasks
*Deliver professional, responsive support
*Ensure a high-quality, welcoming experience at every customer at touchpoint


Experience required:
*Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with members
*Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
*Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and accurate data entry
*Proficient in CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel such as VLOOKUPs)
*Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach
*Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective relationships
*Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
*Self-motivated, able to work independently and continuously improve processes
*Empathetic, customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
