About the RoleThis is more than a Front of House role—it’s your opportunity to shape the entire audience experience.
As Customer Experience Manager, you’ll lead our Front of House and commercial operations, ensuring every visitor enjoys a welcoming, inclusive and memorable experience—from arrival to curtain call and beyond. At the same time, you’ll drive income growth across food & beverage, events, and commercial activity.
You’ll:
*Lead and inspire a vibrant Customer Experience team
*Oversee all Front of House and show operations
*Drive commercial performance across bars, merchandise, and events
*Champion accessibility, inclusion, and outstanding service
*Act as Duty Manager for performances, ensuring safe and seamless delivery
This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our organisation, blending people management, operations, and commercial strategy
