As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately, helping to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities*Receiving and checking goods deliveries for accuracy and quality.
*Packing and preparing orders for shipment according to specified instructions.
*Organizing stock to ensure efficient warehouse layout and easy access.
*Maintaining health and safety standards to provide a safe working environment.
*Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
*Assisting with stock takes and inventory control as directed.
Requirements
*Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
*Ability to undertake physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy items.
*Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
*Must have own reliable transportation to Hemel Hempstead warehouse location.
*Willingness to follow health and safety protocols.
