The Role
As Strategy & Operations Executive, you will support strategic planning, project delivery, and business performance tracking across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support preparation for strategic planning cycles and leadership meetings
*Conduct research and analysis across markets, performance, and internal data
*Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making
*Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and governance documentation
*Coordinate meetings, agendas, and reporting for key initiatives
*Track progress across strategic projects and highlight risks or delays
*Work cross-functionally to ensure initiatives are progressing effectively
*Support continuous improvement of planning and project processes
About You
*Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Management, or similar
*Strong analytical and organisational skills
*Confident using Excel and PowerPoint
*Excellent communication and attention to detail
*Proactive, curious, and genuinely interested in strategy and operations
*Able to work effectively with senior stakeholders
