The Role
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our London studio, focusing on the US market.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth—engaging prospective clients, generating new opportunities, and building a strong pipeline for our senior sales team. You’ll play a key role in opening doors, initiating conversations, and helping expand our presence across North America.
Key Responsibilities
*Proactively engage with leads through cold calling and digital outreach
*Qualify prospects and generate interest in Unispace’s services
*Book high-quality meetings and appointments for the senior sales team
*Build and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
*Conduct market research and gather insights on US client needs and trends
*Develop relationships across target industries to create future opportunities
*Manage and track leads, optimising conversion rates
*Support client strategy development and account mapping
*Use creative and innovative approaches to attract new clients
*Analyse data to support business planning and sales performance
*Collaborate with global teams, particularly in North America
*Contribute to strategies that improve sales conversion and performance
*Ensure all outreach aligns with Unispace’s brand and values
About You
*2–4 years’ experience in a client-facing sales or business development role (B2B preferred)
*Proven success in cold outreach and appointment setting
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
*Fluent in English (written and verbal), with experience engaging US stakeholders a plus
*Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
*Good understanding of the sales cycle and performance metrics
*Experience in commercial real estate, design & build, or professional services is advantageous
