Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate diaries and schedule client meetings
*Support Financial Advisors with day-to-day client servicing
*Liaise with high-net-worth and affluent clients to ensure a smooth, professional experience
*Prepare client meeting packs and documentation
*Generate invoices as needed
*Maintain and update client databases

Requirements
*Experience in client administration within financial services
*Proficiency with Intelligent Office is essential
