Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their organisation as a Customer Service Advisor/ Agent to enhance customer relations, for an organisation based in Chessington.
This role is working on a day shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, 8:30am to 5:30pm. This role is 32 hours per week.
Main responsibilities:
*Build relationships with customers
*Process customer orders and confirm orders are despatched
*Generate customer invoices
*Deal with queries in a timely manner
*Support function for the department
Qualifications & Experience:
*Excellent communication skills & experience working in a similar role, resolving customer queries
*Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
*Good data entry skills
