Location: London (Hybrid 3/2)
Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and experienced recruiting professional to join a leading global organisation as a Partner Recruiting Specialist.
This is a pivotal role supporting senior lateral hiring, offering the opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities*Managing end-to-end coordination of senior hiring processes
*Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders
*Overseeing interview scheduling, logistics, and travel arrangements
*Maintaining and improving recruitment databases and reporting tools
*Supporting offer processes, documentation, and onboarding coordination
*Monitoring agency terms and candidate pipelines
*Identifying efficiencies and driving process improvements
About You*Proven experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support
*Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
*Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
*High level of professionalism and confidentiality
*Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
Requirements*Previous experience within professional services or a corporate environment preferred
*Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
*Strong systems and database management skills
