Job Description:
Financial Accountant
We’re seeking a proactive and collaborative Financial Accountant who’s ready to take ownership of key reporting, audit support and financial control activities. In this role, you’ll be involved in everything from monthly insights and balance sheet oversight to intercompany work, budgeting cycles and process optimisation. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to projects that strengthen the way the finance function operates.
What You’ll Do
*Lead reporting activities for the business
*Review costs and manage forecasting cycles
*Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany transactions
*Partner with other stakeholders to support business needs
*Prepare audit documentation, liaise with external auditors and assist with year-end activity
*Enhance processes, help implement strong financial controls, and support wider business initiatives
*Contribute to tax-related submissions and assist with priority projects
What You’ll Bring
*A recognised accounting qualification with post-qualification experience
*A solid background in financial and management accounting (3+ years)
*Exposure to statutory accounts or group reporting environments
*Strong organisational skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
*A collaborative mindset, attention to detail and a positive, solutions-focused approach
