Parts Manager – GuildfordSalary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus + Company Car
Location: Guildford
Hours: Monday–Friday + Saturday rota
The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Manager to join a busy, well-established dealership in Guildford. You will take full ownership of the Parts Department, ensuring efficient operations, strong profitability, and excellent service to both internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities*Oversee the daily running of the Parts Department
*Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Parts Advisors
*Manage stock control including ordering, returns, and obsolescence
*Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
*Drive parts sales performance across retail and trade
*Work closely with the Service and Workshop teams to meet demand
*Monitor KPIs, margins, and departmental profitability
*Ensure accurate systems usage, invoicing, and compliance
Requirements*Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor
*Strong knowledge of automotive parts and aftersales processes
*Proven leadership and team management skills
*Commercially driven with a focus on growth and profitability
*Strong organisational and IT skills (Kerridge/CDK preferred)
*Full UK driving licence
Package & Benefits*£40,000 – £50,000 basic salary
*Bonus scheme (OTE £55k+)
