The Role
We are recruiting for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Digital Design Executive to join a Marketing Division. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of brand messaging, and who can create compelling, platform-specific content for a diverse portfolio of clients.
As part of an outsourcing firm, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple brands and industries, requiring adaptability in your design approach to meet varying client needs. You will be expected to maintain high creative standards while demonstrating a digital-first mindset in all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content & Visual Design
• Asset Creation: Design engaging visual content for digital platforms, including websites, social media assets, interactive presentations, and email campaigns.
• Visual Storytelling: Translate communication objectives into effective digital design solutions that resonate with target audiences.
• Brand Adaptation: Adapt designs for different clients, ensuring strict consistency with their specific digital guidelines and tone of voice.
Video & Motion Graphics
• Short-Form Content: Produce and edit high-impact short-form video content using tools such as CapCut or similar editing software.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with social media formats, motion trends, and emerging digital content styles to keep client output fresh.
Collaboration & Execution
• Team Alignment: Work closely with marketing, content, and account teams to ensure creative output matches strategic messaging.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and brand integrity across all digital deliverables.


Skills & Experience
Essential:
• Experience with the Adobe Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a must.
• Video Editing: Experience with CapCut or other mobile-first video tools.
• Design Fundamentals: A strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and composition.
• Platform Knowledge: Ability to tailor content for multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and web.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous proofing skills and the ability to follow complex brand guidelines.


Desirable:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a design or marketing role (Agency or multi-client experience is a plus).
• Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and social media trends.
