The Role – Year 1 Teacher
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join our welcoming team from April 2026. In this role, you will take full responsibility for a Year 1 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning. You will assess and monitor pupil progress, differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners, and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
You will work closely with colleagues and support staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning, while contributing to the wider school community. The ideal candidate will have strong phonics knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and a nurturing, child-centred approach.
