Job Description:
Traffic Marshall Wanted - Tunbridge Wells, KentRandstad is looking for a sharp, proactive Traffic Marshall to join a high-energy project in Tunbridge Wells. This site is extremely busy with constant delivery turnarounds, so we need someone who can take control and keep the flow moving safely.
The Role & Key ResponsibilitiesStarting Monday, 30th March, you will be the "eyes and ears" of the site entrance. Your duties will include:
*Traffic Management: Safely directing site traffic, plant machinery, and delivery lorries in and out of the gate.

*Public & Neighbour Liaison: Acting as a professional first point of contact. You must be confident and competent when communicating with the general public and local neighbours to ensure minimal disruption.

*Banking Duties: Assisting drivers with blind spots and ensuring pedestrian safety during vehicle maneuvers.

*Logistics Coordination: Checking delivery schedules and ensuring lorries are turned around quickly to prevent congestion on local roads.

*Security & Access: Monitoring the gate to ensure only authorised personnel and vehicles enter the site.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
*Valid Tickets: A current CSCS Card AND a dedicated Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket, NPORS or CPCS (not essential)

*Experience: Ability to handle a high-volume site and provide 2 professional finishing references.

*Compliance: Full Eligibility to work in the UK and your own full PPE.

*Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a firm but polite manner.
