What you’ll do:
*Analyse European regulations and assess impact on the organisation.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement required changes.
*Prepare detailed documentation and executive summaries, while facilitating workshops to design and align implementation solutions for business-wide change.
*Develop and execute project plans, defining roles and coordinating resources.
*Manage timelines, quality, delivery efficiency and receive mentorship from senior operations leadership.
*Hire, train, mentor, and supervise crew while setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and making compensation decisions in line with HR policies.
*Oversee full project lifecycle, delivering high-quality results on time.
*Lead project communications and change management across all workstreams.
*Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders; influence key decisions.
*Support the team in identifying and resolving project obstacles, escalating high-priority issues to senior management with recommended actions.
*Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

*Deep understanding of regulatory obligations and their operational context.
*Proven experience delivering large-scale regulatory changes in financial institutions.
*Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; graduate degree preferred.
*Knowledge of asset management and related regulations
*Regulatory expertise including EU AI, T+1 settlement, SFTR, DORA, Consumer Duty, Modern Slavery, Sustainability / ESG
