*Plan and deliver high-quality drama lessons in line with the national curriculum
*Direct and produce school plays, performances, and extracurricular drama activities
*Assess, monitor, and report on student progress and attainment
*Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages creativity and confidence
*Maintain strong classroom management and ensure a safe learning space
Requirements
*Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, Performing Arts, or a related field
*Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE or equivalent)
*Strong subject knowledge and practical experience in drama and theatre
*Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
*Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable Skills
*Experience directing school productions or theatre projects
*Ability to contribute to wider school activities and clubs
*Passion for student development and the performing arts
