Boys’ PE Teacher / Crewe / Easter Start / Fixed-Term Contract
Are you a resilient and passionate PE Teacher looking for a long-term role in Cheshire?
Academics is recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in the Crewe area seeking a committed Boys’ PE Teacher to join them from the Easter term (13th April) through to the end of the summer term for a full-time position. Strong behaviour management required and the ability to build positive relationships are key.
The Role:*Deliver engaging PE lessons to boys across KS3 and KS4
*Plan, prepare and assess in line with the national curriculum
*Promote teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship
*Maintain firm, consistent behaviour management in a structured setting
*Contribute to extracurricular sport and school activities (desirable)
The Ideal Candidate:*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in PE or a related subject
*Has recent experience teaching PE at KS3 and KS4
*Demonstrates confident, effective behaviour management in a challenging school setting
*Is proactive, resilient, and able to establish clear boundaries
*Can motivate and engage students of varying abilities and attitudes
