Job Description:
Stores Operative
Worcester
£13.00 – £14.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (early finish on Fridays)
Service Service are working with a manufacturing business in Worcester who are seeking an experienced Stores Operative to support day-to-day stores and logistics operations. This role involves goods in/out, stock control, and supporting production through effective materials handling.
Duties
*Receive goods and complete relevant stock and material documentation
*Allocate and store items correctly within the stores area
*Issue materials and consumables to the shop floor
*Prepare kits for production and machine builds
*Dispatch completed products
*Conduct occasional deliveries and collections
*Maintain accurate stock records and support stock checks
Requirements
*Previous experience in a stores or warehouse role
*Good attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Full UK driving licence
*Forklift licence (FLT) required
