Customer Service Administrator
*Location: Hatfield
*Job Type: Temporary (4-6 weeks)
*Start Date: 30th March 2026
*Salary: £13 per hour
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm - Office based
My client is actively seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a temporary placement to cover a period of holiday. This role is office-based and offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, providing essential support through various administrative tasks.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Perform data entry and inputting tasks with accuracy.
*Handle customer service responsibilities including managing inbound calls and responding to emails.
*Process purchase orders (PO’s) efficiently.
*Utilise basic Excel functions to manage and organise data.
*Operate the intercom system to communicate effectively within the office.
*Training will be provided to ensure familiarity with systems and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong organisational and data entry skills.
*Good communication skills and ability to handle inbound calls.
*Basic understanding of Excel.
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
