Commercial Property Lawyer
Rate: £300-£400 per day - Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 3-6-month initial contract

Key Responsibilities
*Manage a varied caseload of commercial property and regeneration matters.
*Draft and negotiate a full range of agreements including:
*Leases, licences, easements and wayleaves
*Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
*Development and regeneration agreements
*Advise on CPOs, land law, and landlord & tenant matters.
About You
*Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX (England & Wales).
*Have strong experience in commercial property and local government law.
*Demonstrate expertise across land transactions and regeneration projects.
