Front of House Receptionist x2 – Leeds City Centre | Full-Time
Location: Leeds City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week (shift patterns between 8:00am and 5:30pm)
Type: Full-time
We are currently seeking two Front of House Receptionists to provide a welcoming, efficient, and professional reception and hospitality service at a busy Leeds city centre office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering a high-quality front-of-house experience.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:*Greeting clients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
*Escorting visitors to meeting rooms and offering refreshments
*Managing meeting room bookings, setup, and ensuring technology is ready and working
*Providing general administrative support
*Assisting with overflow telephone calls
*Supporting the wider office team with projects and day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For*Experience in a similar front-of-house, reception, or customer service role (ideally within a professional services environment)
*A positive, courteous, and professional manner
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
*A proactive and helpful attitude
