Legal Secretary - Commercial Property
Full-Time | Permanent | 9:00am - 5:30pm
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
A highly regarded commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a professional, supportive environment offering strong development opportunities.
The Role*Audio and copy typing of legal documents
*Formatting, proofreading and document management
*Supporting with Land Registry applications, searches and post-completion tasks
*Drafting basic legal documents, forms and correspondence
*Managing client communications via phone and email
*Preparing invoices, processing payments and supporting billing
*Opening and closing files, maintaining accurate records
*Diary management and meeting coordination
*Providing general administrative support to fee earners and wider team
About You*Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally within Commercial Property)
*Strong typing and document formatting skills
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
*Confident communicator with a professional manner
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal systems
*Able to manage workload and meet tight deadlines
