Part Time Office Administrator - £15 to £16 per hour | Addlestone | 25 hours per week
A well-established business in Addlestone is looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join its team on a permanent basis. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys administration, customer service and being part of a busy office.
Working 5 hours per day, 5 days per week, this role would suit someone who is organised, approachable and happy dealing with a mix of admin tasks and day-to-day queries.
Duties will include:
*General office administration
*Answering calls and responding to emails
*Assisting with customer and client enquiries
*Updating records and internal systems
*Preparing paperwork and general documents
*Liaising with suppliers and third parties
*Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin tasks
We’re looking for someone who:
*Has previous administration or customer service experience
*Is organised and methodical in their work
*Has a friendly and professional manner
*Communicates well, both written and verbally
*Is confident using IT systems
*Is happy working in a varied, hands-on role
