Car Sales Controller - Main Dealer
Location: Newbury
Salary: £30,000 basic per annum plus bonus, OTE up to £55,000pa
Working Hours: Mon - Friday 8:30 - 6pm, including Saturdays
We are now recruiting a Car Sales Controller to join our fantastic dealership client in Newbury. They are looking to recruit a strong person with Sales Controller experience, or a strong Sales person looking for the next step in their career. If you are someone who can drive business forward and is skilled in building and supporting strong sales teams, we want to hear from you!

Car Sales Controller Duties
*Contributes to the overall performance of the site
*Carrying out some Sales Manager responsibilities during absence
*Management of the sales team and their performance
*Supporting the sales team with regards to sold units and value-added products
*Second facing customers and deal stacking
*Identifying opportunities to support sales team in closing the deal
*Auditing deal presenter and subsequent opportunities
*Audit financial documents to ensure compliance
*Hitting and exceeding your monthly sales targets


Car Sales Controller Requirements
*Breath of experience across all elements of car retail
*Capable of leading by example
*Demonstrates the highest standards
*Has an all-hands approach
*Highly motivated and a motivator of people
*Good time management skills
*A driven individual with passion
*A presentable and professional individual
*FCA accredited (after training)
