Sales Executive
Bournemouth
Full-time | On-site field sales role
£37,500 salary, £40k plus OTE PLUS Car allowance
Are you a driven, competitive sales professional who thrives on winning new business? I’m supporting a leading organisation within the waste management sector as they continue to expand their high-performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in field-based solution selling and enjoys being out on the road, building relationships, and closing impactful deals.
The Role
You will play a key part in driving new business across the region, using a range of proactive sales tactics to engage prospective customers. This is a role for someone who loves autonomy, is motivated by targets, and can confidently influence decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
*Proactively generate new business through door-to-door activity, cold calling, and other outbound methods
*Research and identify potential markets, organisations, and key contacts
*Understand customer needs and deliver tailored, solution-based sales propositions
*Negotiate confidently and secure new contracts to meet and exceed monthly targets
*Build, manage, and report on a strong sales pipeline using internal CRM systems
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in field sales or solution selling
*Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
*Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
*Confident negotiator with the ability to close
*Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for door-to-door activity
*Familiarity with CRM systems
