Your new role
As the QA Manager on a major student accommodation development in Glasgow, you will play a key role in ensuring all works meet the required quality benchmarks. You’ll oversee quality documentation, conduct inspections, support site teams with compliance, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the project. This role offers a clear pathway for progression and is particularly well suited to a construction graduate or early-career professional looking to accelerate their development within a Tier 1 contracting environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
*A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
*Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality and compliance
*Excellent communication skills and confidence working with site teams and subcontractors
*A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in quality management
*Previous site experience (placement or post-grad) is beneficial but not essential.
