Estimator (Electrical / M&E)
£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Company Benefits
Sheffield (Commutable from: Rotherham, Barnsley, Chesterfield, Doncaster, Worksop, Dronfield)
Are you an Estimator with experience in electrical, M&E, or specialist fit-out projects looking to join a growing company where you will play a key role in delivering technically focused projects across the UK?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and expanding business working on highly specialised installation projects within regulated and technically demanding environments.
This company operates within a specialist niche of the construction sector and is recognised for delivering high-quality installations. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their estimating team.
In this varied Monday to Friday role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing technical drawings and tender documentation, and working closely with sales, design, and project delivery teams to ensure commercially viable project submissions.
This role would suit an Estimator with experience in electrical, M&E, or specialist installation projects, looking to advance their career within a stable, growing business.
The Role
*Prepare accurate cost estimates for specialist installation projects
*Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
*Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
*Support tender submissions and project costing
The Person
*Estimator with electrical, M&E, or specialist fit-out experience
*Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
*Confident in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
*Commutable to Sheffield
